David was most recently Head of Portfolio and Portfolio Credit at Octopus Real Estate. Here he managed a team responsible for the management and restructuring of a portfolio in excess of £500m. Prior to this he worked in various finance roles and spent three years in the ‘credit crunch’ working in Lloyds Banking Group’s specialist real estate restructuring team where he helped work out and exit over £1bn of facilities.

Deepak is legal advisor and partner to Bowden Real Estate. He qualified in 2012 and was previously at a top 50 law firm before joining Underwood & Co as Partner. Deepak specialises in real estate and acts for a number of different operators including developers, hotel owners, restaurateurs, lenders and borrowers. He has helped various lenders lend in excess of £700m in development finance and is continuing to help lenders grow their books. He is known for providing clear commercial advice to his clients.
