Asset management of large block of flats in Camden

Working with the Borrower on behalf of the lender we successfully avoided insolvency action to complete the site. Whilst reviewing the status of the development it was beneficial to the lender and the borrower to work together to complete the site with trust in a new contractor appointed to complete the works

 

The brief was to find a way to complete the site in a mutually beneficial way, which was successfully achieved by introduction of new contractors and finding common ground with the developer
